Not letting your student loans hold you back

#1

We posted this on HARO. Thought the group here would have something to say, too.

We’re looking for people in their 20s and 30s who are currently paying back student loans.

Your quotes will accompany a study we’ve conducted on 132 colleges that shows how student loans cut a person’s paycheck. We’re looking for people that are still managing to save each
month.

The study is at https://growella.com/college/rankings-best-colleges-for-paying-off-student-loan-debt/.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  1. Your full name (real names, only)
  2. Your city and state
  3. The college from which you graduated
  4. Your personal Instagram, Facebook, or Pinterest URL
  5. In 75 words or fewer, tell us the things you’re doing financially despite having a monthly student loan payment.

EMAIL TO dan@growella.com. Don’t post in this forum.

Thank you! We’ll publish your quote, your link, and your headshot within the week.

Requirements:

  • U.S. college graduates only
  • Stick to the format above, please.
  • Keep it simple. If you’re writing more than 75 words for this, shorten it up!

Thanks!

Why doesn’t the federal government create a website, for all higher education entities that participate in the federal student loan program, where essay writer could report statistics as follows: * Percentage of students who graduate and average time required to graduate. * Tuition cost. * Average student loan amount, per year. * Default rate. * Percentage employed in their major after one year. * Average GPA of freshman applicants and graduates. Wouldn’t that be simple?
