Not a personal finance book, but should definitely be on every list.
The Investors Manifesto by William Bernstein is excellent. Someone above recommended The Four Pillars, also by William Bernstein. While I loved both books, they are largely the same. The Investors Manifesto is a little more recent (Dr Bernstein wrote it after the 2008 meltdown) and I found it a little easier to read. But you can’t go wrong with either.
The Only Investment Guide You’ll Ever Need by Andrew Tobias is also excellent. He has updated the book a number of times, but the lessons are timeless, and he has a great sense of humor. Hope this helps.
