Who has noticed that Fidelity is going after Vanguard as it relates to low fee index funds? Fidelity has lowered fees on many (28 according to their website) of their index funds to be just below Vanguard.
Notably, they have lowered their fee on FSTVX to .035% to undercut Vanguard's VTSAX fee of .040% by .005%. Is this enough to get you to switch, why, why not?
Full disclosure, I am invested in both for various reasons including brokerage diversification. However, Vanguard rewards loyalty by offering discounts and perks based on the total value of your accounts, I find these valuable and they might be enough to keep me from moving funds to Fidelity but I should do some value calculations.
What are your thoughts!!!!???
