Any thoughts on why my employer 401k from Fidelity doesn’t show up in Personal Capital. The dashboard even says it has my Fidelity accounts not including the 401k? Weird.
Have you contacted support? I checked their website and they often have issues with account loadings because of technical reasons. They do get resolved too.
Good call. Was hoping for an easy online fix before getting on the phone tree…
Fidelity offers 401(k) plans through NetBenefits. You need to specifically select NetBenefits from the PersonalCapital import dashboard
Now that was some good advice. Thanks!
search for Fidelity Netbenefits
This comes with 401K in bracket. OTher option says all accounts except 401K
If account is already added and not working try removing and relinking account again if security password option does not pop-up
Sometimes if there is a two step authentication process to sign into site it will not show up on personal capital or mint. You can also turn this feature off on some sites, though you cannot on others.
I have this same problem with my USAA account for mint.
