My "avocado toast: is Crossfit. People are always telling me how expensive it is compared to a normal gym, but it is worth it to me. I pay $77 now, but when I started it was $150 a month. The workout is exciting to me and makes me keep coming back everyday. Before doing Crossfit, I was talked into Happy Hour a few days a week. Not only bad for my waistline, but bad for the wallet. Even at $150, I was still spending less money than the multiple HH outings. Now, Crossfit is my happy hour.
Question #2, yes, I own a home. I'm 31 and have now owned two homes. I have been fortunate to buy a short sale and foreclosure, so it has actually been cheaper than renting in my area. I have spent a lot of money on renovations in the second house, but it is a hobby and makes me happy:)
