My name is Donna Freedman and I’ve been writing about personal finance since January 2007 – first for MSN Money (I created the Smart Spending and Frugal Nation blogs, and wrote a column for a couple of years in between them), then for Get Rich Slowly and Money Talks News (with occasional freelance pieces for Experian, Clark Howard, Citi, Mary Hunt and others).
Recently I published a book called “Your Playbook For Tough Times: Living Large On Small Change, For The Short Term Or The Long Haul” – a book aimed at people who are broke, are anticipating tough times or planning to live lean to realize a dream (lookin’ at YOU, all you F.I.R.E. people).
It’s gotten good reviews and I’m working on the sequel. It’s available on Amazon and as a Kindle publication, and as an e-book* on my website, DonnaFreedman.com.
In addition to being a freelancer and author, I’m a writing coach and creator of the “Write A Blog People Will Read” online course. Over on my personal website I write about all kinds of money and life issues, and also just play with words. Hope to see you there.
