Thanks Mrs.ETT! I don't work for a furniture store/business exactly, I work at the main office. We don't have a showroom, we have offices and a warehouse. We sell to businesses and then the businesses sell to the general public. I send out literature that our company generates, like the product spec book that lists all of our products and prices and dimensions and fabrics that are available, our catalog, our additional catalog supplements for seating, tables and desks, and educational furniture, and I also send out swatches of fabric/vinyl/polyurethane/plastic/metal that our products are made with. if someone wants to see the geometric fabric line to make sure that, for example, the plum/taupe option works with their waiting room décor, I send those out to them free of charge. Also, if a designer or a company does a lot of business with us, they might want a swatch box, which has all 250 fabrics/vinyls/etc that we use in our products. I assemble that and send it out, also free of charge.
aren't you glad you asked? lol
Didn't sound like a 40 hour a week job, did it? It totally is.
