I set up the Acorns app a number of months ago and was pretty pleased with it. But a few weeks ago I noticed that the balance hadn’t increased in a while. I logged in and sent e-mail, and it turns out that my credit union won’t allow Acorns to access it anymore.
Here’s my question: Do I leave it alone or withdraw it and put that money into Robinhood or some other investment? It’s only $300, but I feel like I could use that money elsewhere to more advantage.
P.S. No, I’m not going to get a new bank. I like our credit union way too much for that.
